I remember when I began the adventure of starting my first charter school, I was excited and oh so overwhelmed. I had no idea where to start and was incredibly grateful for those people who supported me on my journey. I found solace in knowing that even though it was new for me, there were people out there who had walked this road before. I needed to search them out and learn from their successes and mistakes. I want to be that person for you, I am here to take your hand and guide you on this new path.

As a charter school consultant I will be your support system. Answering questions when they come up and guiding the process of opening a school, and/or growing the services that you already offer. This will look unique for each situation, and we will work together collaboratively to reach your goals.

Coaching

Packages Include:

  • 1-hour weekly leadership meetings

  • 1 -our weekly email/resource support

  • Monthly planning team/board meeting guidance and attendance (includes meeting preparation and 2 -our meeting, travels expenses are billed separately and include state mileage reimbursement)

  • Monthly professional development (collaborative decision on topic, 1 hour presentation and preparation)
